Dr Paul Tynan (m)

MBBS ( Westminster 1984) DRCOG  DGM  MRCGP  DipOcc Med

Dr Tynan has been with the Practice since 1990. Medical school was in London and GP Training in the Lake District. Interests include GP Training, Travel Medicine, Occupational Health and Children's Commissioning with the CCG. At home its currently Family, Triathlons, Travel and Beekeeping!

Dr Cliff Elley (m)

MB BS (Charing Cross 1983) MRCGP MRCP DCH DRCOG

Dr Elley joined the Practice in 1991. He has special interests in child health, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. He has also been involved in the training and examining of medical students and doctors in training for many years. He is currently part time in the Practice as he is also GP Lead for commissioning on the Executive Committee and Governing Board of the Lancashire North Clinical Commissioning Group.

Dr Duncan Hallam (m)
MB ChB (Sheffield 1987) MRCGP DRCOG
Dr Hallam has been with the practice since 1995. He has a special interest in student health, contraception and minor surgery
Dr Kirstin Wong (f)
MB BS (London 1992) DCH DRCOG MRCGP DFSRH Dr Wong has been with the practice since 2002. She has a special interest in GP training, GPSI in Sexual Health ,contraception and women’s health, rheumatology and joint injections
Dr Mike Wong (m)
Dr Wong has been with the Practice since 2002. He has a special interest in GP training, elderly medicine and minor surgery including joint injections
Dr Kirsty Hagan (f)

 MbChb (Man) BSc Hons

She trained in Manchester and qualified in 2005

Dr Karen Oliver (f)

MB BS, Bsc, DRCOG, DFFP, PGCE (St Bartolomwe's hospital medical school 1989) 

Dr Oliver has been working at King Street and UMP for 4 years now, prior to that was GP in Kendal.

From Lancaster originally, so back in local area, enjoys cycling and the outdoors.

Her areas of interest include Womens’ Health and Contraception- Trained in Coil and

Implant fitting and GP Training - Involved with training future GPs and Family Planning Trainer


Dr Nour Ghazal (m)

 MD 2004  studied in Aleppo, Syria  MRCGP 2013

Dr Paul Hanlon (m)

MB BCh (Univ. Wales, 2010) MPhys DIC PhD MRCGP

Dr Hanlon has been with the practice since 2014. He graduated from the University of Wales in 2010. Subsequently, he worked as a junior doctor in London and then moved to Lancaster to train as a GP. Prior to this he studied for a PhD in space science and worked on data from the Cassini spacecraft. Dr Hanlon is interested in cardiology and in teaching medical students and trainee doctors.
