Policy Statement

We endeavour to treat all our patients equally and strive to provide a first class clinical and administrative service. We aim to achieve the highest possible quality of care by implementing evidence-based medicine and working towards standards set in the NHS National Service Frameworks and the Quality and Outcomes Framework.

The Government set new targets for Practices to aim for every year and when we change our appointment, and other systems, it is with this in mind. We shall do our utmost to ensure they improve the service you receive.
